In this regard, we inform you that the goods mentioned above could present small aesthetic defects which would not, in fact, affect their mere use. The promissory buyer therefore declares to accept the purchase of the goods with the "Seen and Liked" formula in the factual and legal state in which it is found. The parties nevertheless acknowledge perfect mutual good faith, knowledge of the object and of any defects as far as visible and ascertainable and known to the parties themselves.
